Requirements

What we're looking for

Senior experience in Salesforce CRM, performing roles as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, or Solution Consultant.
Experience leading functional analysis, requirements gathering, and CRM solution design in implementation or transformation projects.
Ability to organize and lead workshops with business stakeholders, identify needs, and translate them into functional solutions.
Experience performing Fit-Gap analysis and preparing functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience in backlog management, coordination with technical teams, and participation in UAT testing.
Knowledge of CRM processes, customer management, commercial planning, and business process transformation.
Experience working in Agile environments and projects with multidisciplinary teams.
Autonomy, communication skills, and experience acting as the functional reference for the project.
Fluent Spanish and advanced English.

Nice to have

Functional experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud, or other specialized CRM solutions in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical sector processes such as HCP/HCO Management, Territory Management, Call Planning, Consent Management, and Medical Affairs.
Participation in CRM platform implementations or migrations within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare companies.
Experience leading end-to-end functional projects, from discovery to go-live.
Official Salesforce certifications, especially in Business Analysis, Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, or solution architecture.
Knowledge of Salesforce OmniStudio, data models, or CRM platform integration.

It is not necessary to have worked with all these solutions. We especially value a solid foundation in Salesforce functional leadership, CRM implementation experience, and the ability to adapt to specialized business processes.

The role

At Vortech PCI Group, we are looking for a senior Salesforce Functional Lead profile to participate in an international digital transformation project in the pharmaceutical sector, focused on the implementation of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.

This is an opportunity to take on a leading role in a strategic project, working directly with business and technology teams to define CRM solutions that improve the management of commercial and medical processes.

We are looking for a person with solid experience in functional analysis and leadership of Salesforce CRM projects, the ability to work with international stakeholders, and the motivation to specialize in the Life Sciences ecosystem.

If you have experience in Salesforce CRM, Health Cloud, or Veeva CRM, and you are interested in participating in a specialized implementation in the pharmaceutical sector, we want to know your profile.

What you'll do

Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering with business managers and commercial and medical teams.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
Perform Fit-Gap analysis to evaluate functional requirements against Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
Define functional solutions and translate business needs into specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Manage and prioritize the functional backlog, collaborating with Product Owners, architects, developers, and QA teams.
Act as the main functional interlocutor between business and technology, participating in key implementation decisions.
Collaborate in the definition of processes such as HCP/HCO Management, Territory Management, Call Planning, and Consent Management.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track functional validations, and support the different phases until go-live.
Ensure that the proposed solutions respond to business needs and the regulatory requirements of the sector.

How you'll work

Modality: 100% remote from Spain.
Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience and fit with the position.
Project: international implementation of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
