The role

We are seeking a Business Solution Architect to lead the business design of complex Salesforce-enabled transformation initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, connect strategic objectives with customer and employee journeys, and translate operating-model and process needs into cohesive solution concepts. The role combines industry consulting, business architecture, Salesforce advisory, presales, and delivery leadership, with a focus on outcomes rather than a single product or project.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business discovery, executive interviews, and cross-functional workshops to define objectives, pain points, capabilities, value drivers, and transformation priorities
  • Assess current-state operating models, processes, customer journeys, data flows, and technology landscapes, then define target-state business architecture and roadmaps
  • Translate business needs into solution vision, capability maps, process models, epics, use cases, requirements, and measurable success indicators
  • Shape Salesforce-enabled transformation across the core portfolio, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, complemented by one or more advanced capabilities such as Agentforce and Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, or other industry solutions
  • Identify and prioritize AI-agent opportunities, define human and agent responsibilities, guardrails, adoption needs, and expected business outcomes
  • Define business data requirements and activation scenarios, including unified profiles, segmentation, consent, analytics, personalization, and data stewardship
  • Design end-to-end revenue and customer lifecycle processes, including lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, service, retention, and partner or channel operations
  • For Life Sciences engagements, contribute domain expertise across commercial, medical, clinical, patient services, and MedTech processes, with attention to compliance and auditability
  • Partner with solution and technical architects to ensure business requirements are feasible, coherent, scalable, and traceable through delivery
  • Own or support business cases, value realization frameworks, prioritization, scope definition, and phased transformation roadmaps
  • Lead or support presales activities, including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposals, estimations, presentations, and client workshops
  • Provide business design governance during delivery, support product ownership and change adoption, and coach consultants and business analysts
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business consulting, business architecture, product or process transformation, or enterprise CRM programs
  • 3+ years in a business solution architecture, lead consulting, product leadership, or comparable client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce-enabled business capabilities and experience shaping multi-cloud solutions
  • Strong functional and business solution expertise across the core Salesforce portfolio, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, is required. In addition, experience shaping solutions with at least one of the following is required: Agentforce and Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, or another Salesforce industry cloud
  • Ability to facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and convert ambiguous needs into structured capabilities, processes, requirements, and roadmaps
  • Experience with business case development, value mapping, KPI definition, prioritization, and benefits realization
  • Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle, commercial operations, service transformation, or revenue management processes
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Life Sciences experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech, clinical, medical affairs, commercial excellence, or patient services domains
  • Knowledge of regulated-industry considerations such as consent, privacy, auditability, validation, and compliant engagement
  • Experience with AI operating models, responsible AI, agent adoption, service design, and change management
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Life Sciences solutions, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Agentforce capabilities
  • Experience with design thinking, journey mapping, capability modeling, process modeling, or product operating models
  • Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Strategy Designer, Data Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or relevant Agentforce credentials
  • Experience supporting global programs, presales, or industry go-to-market initiatives
