Essential (Key Requirements)

• Consolidated experience: More than 4 years of solid track record as a Functional Tester in Temenos T24 (Transact) environments.

• Deep module expertise: Essential hands-on experience in the Payments module, as well as Loans, Accounts, and Securities.

• Testing methodologies: Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including regression and UAT.

• API testing: Technical experience using Insomnia, Postman, or similar tools.

• Impeccable documentation: Proven ability to design clear test cases, structured test plans, and technical defect reports.

• Languages: Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 Level). Your fluency will enable effective communication with international teams and clients.

• Soft skills: Strong analytical skills, meticulousness, and a deep attention to detail.

As the guardian of quality for our financial solutions, your purpose will be:

• Design and orchestrate high-level testing scenarios and plans that ensure the flawless operation of systems.

• Execute complex functional, regression, and User Acceptance (UAT) testing applied to T24 Transact applications.

• Ensure the robustness of integrations through rigorous API testing using advanced tools (such as Insomnia or similar).

• Identify, report, and continuously track defects, ensuring that every bug is resolved to the highest standards before going live.

• Collaborate side by side with business analysts, developers, and key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of valuable, high-quality software.

• Monthly compliance with project quality and efficiency objectives.

• Precise technical alignment and effective execution according to Initium's strategic plan.
