We are currently looking for a person for the position of Payroll Administrative in the People department, for the Labor area in our Málaga offices, on a temporary basis to cover a long-term leave.

What you'll do

Registrations, terminations, and data variations for workers.
Registration and management of contracts, extensions, and their conversion to permanent status.
Document management and digital signature monitoring.
Daily management of communications through the employee portal.
Settlement calculation processes and communication of company certificates.
Management of bank transfers for both settlements and monthly payrolls.
Management and monitoring of wage garnishments.
Communication of occupational accidents (AT) through Delt@.
Control of social security contribution differences and communication with the mutual insurance company.
Management and control of electronic notifications and email management.
Controls (daily, weekly, or monthly) of expiration dates (contracts, foreign residency, exhaustion of sick leave, etc.).
Daily download of FIES files and incident management.
Control and preparation of monthly payrolls.
Daily communication with the rest of the areas within the People Department.
Document management required by the Labor Law area.
