ACCIONA, in its Recruitment Services business, is selecting a Business Development Consultant for its Recruitment and Temporary Staffing line in Málaga, with a strategic profile strongly oriented towards commercial development, responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients and the consolidation of long-lasting commercial relationships.

Your mission will be to lead, coordinate, and develop the activity of the Recruitment Services business line, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational objectives, service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with current labor regulations.

You will be responsible for the client acquisition and loyalty strategy, the management of the recruitment and administration teams, and the optimization of the business unit's profitability.

• Define and execute the staffing agency's business plan, aligned with corporate objectives.

• Identify new market opportunities and acquire clients in sectors such as industry, logistics, services, and offices.

• Manage and build loyalty with key accounts, guaranteeing solid and long-term commercial relationships.

• Negotiate framework agreements, economic conditions, and personnel supply contracts with strategic clients.

• Participate in bidding processes, commercial proposals, and contract renewals.

• Detect opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.

• Coordinate and supervise the processes of recruitment, selection, hiring, and monitoring of temporary workers.

• Collaborate with the recruitment teams to ensure agile and effective coverage of vacancies.

• Develop, train, and support the team in recruitment techniques, client management, and labor regulations.

• Foster a culture of results orientation, service quality, collaborative work, and continuous improvement

• Evaluate customer satisfaction through periodic visits and follow-up reports.

• Prepare and analyze periodic KPI reports: hires, invoicing, margins, turnover, absenteeism, and customer satisfaction.

• Propose corrective measures and action plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

• Regularly report results and forecasts.

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a staffing agency or HR consultancy.

• Demonstrable experience in recruitment consultancy, temporary staffing areas, key account management, and business development.

• Valuable experience in coordinating recruitment teams and managing temporary staffing services.

• Valuable knowledge of staffing agency regulations, labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and OHS.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

• Strategic vision and results orientation.

• Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams.

• Analytical capacity and mastery of management indicators (KPI, margins, profitability).
