We are looking for a Personnel Administration Internship profile for the Málaga headquarters within the Labor Area in the People department.

• Support in the administrative management of personnel, participating in the preparation of contracts, addenda, and other labor documentation.
• Collaboration in the processes of registrations, terminations, and employee data changes.
• Support in the management of affiliation movements and procedures related to Social Security.
• Attention and resolution of inquiries via email.
• Support in the management and filing of labor documentation.
• Participation in the onboarding processes of new people to the company, facilitating the necessary documentation and supporting associated administrative tasks.

• Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources. 

• Possibility of signing an internship collaboration agreement. 

• Good command of the Office Suite (Excel at a regular user level).

• Organized person, with a desire to learn and good communication skills.
