What you'll do
- Development and configuration in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Implementation of solutions using:
- Apex development
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL / SOSL
- Declarative configuration:
- Flows
- Process Builder
- Omnichannel
- Case Management
- Configuration and integration of Salesforce Service Voice.
- Telephony management via Amazon Connect.
- Integration between Salesforce and Amazon Connect (CTI, routing, screen pop, etc.).
- Configuration of Service Console and Omnichannel routing.
- Participation in deployments and testing.
