What we're looking for

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Minimum 10 years of experience in electronic hardware development.
High level of English.
Experience in the design, development, integration, and validation of electronic systems.
Knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal architectures.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and make architecture decisions.
Experience or ability to participate in technical offers, tenders, and meetings with clients.
Practical (hands-on), autonomous, analytical profile oriented toward results.
Strategic vision and the ability to combine technical leadership with the direct execution of projects.

At IT Partner, we are looking to hire a Hardware Technical Lead – Electronic Systems & R&D to lead the development of electronic engineering solutions, combining technical leadership, strategic vision, and direct involvement in the design, development, and validation of complex electronic systems.

We are looking for a senior profile, with solid experience in electronic hardware, the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and an orientation toward both engineering and the development of new business opportunities.

What you'll do

Define hardware architectures and lead the design, development, and integration of analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic systems.
Participate in the design and supervision of PCBs and in the selection of technologies.
Analyze technical requirements, RFQs, and specifications, collaborating in the preparation of technical offers and tenders.
Technically lead projects, participating in the design, prototyping, integration, and validation phases.
Perform board bring-up, debugging, electronic characterization, and complex troubleshooting activities.
Coordinate the integration between hardware, FPGA, firmware, and embedded systems.
Participate in the validation of power supplies, DC-DC converters, and power distribution networks.
Drive the evolution of the electronic laboratory, defining equipment, methodologies, and technical standards.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, defending technical solutions and guaranteeing project viability.
Collaborate in the identification of new opportunities and in the development of the area's technological capabilities.
