We are looking for a Hardware Technical Lead to join an engineering team specialized in the development of advanced technological solutions, participating in the growth of its electronic engineering capabilities and the evolution of its R&D laboratory.
The selected person will combine technical leadership, strategic vision, and direct participation in the design, development, integration, and validation of complex electronic systems, from the preparation of technical offers to the execution of projects.
Define electronic architectures and lead the design, development, and integration of analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems.
Supervise PCB design and the selection of electronic technologies.
Participate in the analysis of technical requirements, RFQs, specifications, and tenders, preparing technical proposals and estimates for resources, costs, deadlines, and risks.
Provide technical leadership for awarded projects, participating in the design, prototyping, integration, and validation phases.
Perform and supervise board bring-up, debugging, electronic characterization, and functional testing tasks.
Coordinate integration between hardware, FPGA, firmware, and embedded systems, collaborating with the Verification and Validation (V&V) teams.
Participate in the validation of power supplies, DC-DC converters, and power distribution networks.
Drive the evolution of the electronic laboratory, defining equipment, instrumentation, and methodology needs.
Establish standards and best practices for design, development, validation, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and external collaborators, defending technical solutions and contributing to new business opportunities.
Availability to work in a hybrid modality in Valencia.
