Requirements
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of experience as an administrator or engineer of the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira and Confluence).
- 4-5 years of total experience in the IT sector.
- Experience configuring workflows, schemes, permissions, and automations in Jira.
- Residency in Valencia or the metropolitan area.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira Service Management (ITSM).
- Scripting and extension apps (ScriptRunner, Groovy, Atlassian REST API).
- Experience in migrations to Atlassian Cloud.
- Atlassian Certifications (ACP).
- Fluent English for an international environment.

The role
At Vortech, we are selecting an Atlassian Engineer to join the project of one of the most important clients of an international digital consultancy based in Valencia. If the Atlassian ecosystem is your territory and you are looking for a project where you can be the technical reference for the platform, this position is for you.
What you'll do
- Administer and configure the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management): projects, workflows, permission schemes, screens, and custom fields.
- Design and implement automations and rules to optimize team processes.
- Manage integrations of the Atlassian stack with third-party tools and Marketplace apps.
- Provide advanced support to users and teams, resolving incidents and proposing improvements for the use of the platform.
- Participate in the evolution and best practices of the platform: governance, performance, updates, and migrations.
