✅ Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.
Act as a trusted advisor for C-Level profiles (CIO, CTO, COO) in the evolution of their work and software delivery platforms.
Define adoption and evolution roadmaps for Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, among others).
Design and lead migration strategies to Atlassian Cloud from Server/Data Center environments, minimizing operational impact.
Recommend best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and agile culture, connecting technology with business impact.
Lead analysis sessions with key teams to understand workflows and areas for improvement.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Atlassian consultants, DevOps, cloud, ITSM/agile).
Plan projects, manage risks, and ensure the quality of deliveries.
Manage international projects and technical communication with stakeholders in English.
Drive business development: identification of opportunities, preparation of proposals, and participation in demos.
Build strategic relationships with clients and technology partners.
Prepare 3-year ROI and TCO analyses, supporting decision-making.
