As head of financial management, you will be responsible for the overall

management of the company's financial and tax department. Your mission will be

to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize resource management and

provide strategic vision to the company, taking on functions

traditionally delegated to external advisory firms.

innovation. We are looking for a person to lead and integrate the functions

typical of a tax advisory within our organization.

• Creation and management of the financial and accounting department.
• Supervision of general accounting, balance sheets, income statements, and accounting books.
• Preparation and filing of tax returns (VAT, personal income tax,
• corporate income tax, informational forms, etc.).
• Tax coordination among our various companies internationally, ensuring proper management and compliance in all jurisdictions.
• Treasury management and bank reconciliation.
• Preparation of financial reports and analysis for management.
• Supervision of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and tax closing.
• Coordination of internal and external audits.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting, tax and Social Security regulations.
• Leadership and development of the financial team.

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
• A double degree in Law/Business Administration will be valued.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management at a tax advisory firm, preferably in the beauty, retail, or self-care sector.
• Advanced command of current tax and accounting regulations in Spain.
• Strong analytical skills, leadership and team management.
• Communication skills and a compliance-oriented approach.
• The CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification or equivalent will be valued.
