About the role

Do you have experience as a Tax Manager in a consultancy firm and are you interested in an opportunity for growth in a leading expanding firm?

What you'll do

You will be the key person in managing and supervising the tax team (around 25 people), optimizing multi-client portfolios (from SMEs to companies with revenues exceeding €6M), and continuously improving service quality standards. Your work will directly impact profitability, client satisfaction, and corporate strategy.

Managing and supervising the client portfolio, ensuring comprehensive, high-quality tax advisory services.

Coordinating tax matters, including personal income tax (IRPF) and corporate income tax.

Planning and executing the tax strategy for the most relevant clients.

Identifying business opportunities and contributing to corporate strategy and profitability.

Leading, motivating, and developing the tax team, fostering a culture based on feedback, trust, and growth.

Ensuring the continuous improvement of processes and service quality standards.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Law, or similar. A Master's in Taxation / Tax Advisory is desirable.

Experience:

8 to 10 years of technical experience in tax advisory, consultancy, or tax firms (experience in a tax firm/consultancy is essential, not in-house corporate roles).

Minimum of 3 to 5 years leading and managing work teams.

Generalist profile with experience handling multi-client portfolios.

Tools: Proficiency in management software such as A3, Sage, Despachos, Quantyca-Ubyquo, or Matrix is valued.

Languages: English level B2 is valued.

Skills: Leadership ability, results and business orientation, collaborative teamwork, and tolerance for frustration.
