About the role

Do you have experience as a Tax Manager in a consultancy firm and are you interested in an opportunity for growth in a leading expanding firm?

You will be the key person in managing and supervising the tax team (around 25 people), optimizing multi-client portfolios (from SMEs to companies with revenues exceeding €6M), and continuously improving service quality standards. Requirements

Education: Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Law, or similar. A Master's in Taxation / Tax Advisory is desirable.

Experience:

8 to 10 years of technical experience in tax advisory, consultancy, or tax firms (experience in a tax firm/consultancy is essential, not in-house corporate roles).

Minimum of 3 to 5 years leading and managing work teams.

Generalist profile with experience handling multi-client portfolios.

Tools: Proficiency in management software such as A3, Sage, Despachos, Quantyca-Ubyquo, or Matrix is valued.

Languages: English level B2 is valued.
