Your main mission will be to act as the strategic link between local operations and international investor partners, ensuring top-quality corporate reporting and rigorous CAPEX management. What you'll do

- Define and execute the overall financial strategy of the project, managing the relationship, negotiation, and direct reporting to the debt fund and international investors.
- Conduct comprehensive monitoring of the execution budget during the construction phase, controlling deviations and optimizing resources.
- Prepare the Business Plan, dynamic budgets, forecasts, and advanced financial models.
- Design and implement from scratch the controlling systems, professional reporting models, and management dashboards (KPIs) for each business unit.
- Oversee general accounting processes, tax strategy, and regulatory compliance, ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate annual external audits and lead the relationship with legal advisors, banking entities, and construction suppliers.
- Lead and develop a newly created department (accounting, management control, and procurement).
