🎯 What does the program consist of?

The training program consists of training modules focused on people management, leadership development, management tools and store operations, and developing assertive communication and feedback the JYSK way. During the training, you will be able to learn the theoretical knowledge and put it into practice immediately by doing practical exercises with your colleagues.

  • Five one-week modules over 9 months
  • On-the-job training between the modules with an assigned mentor in order to keep training and preparing you for the big professional challenge
  • During the development program, you will be hired as a Store Manager Trainee and can carry out this role in the store, balancing your development and learning with a position of responsibility in the store 
  • A final exam with a practical case
  • Trip to the head office for trainings
