The role
Are you passionate about retail and do you enjoy leading teams towards achieving objectives?
We are looking for a Store Manager for an important international company in the sports sector. If you have experience managing people, you like being close to the business, and you are looking for a stable project with development possibilities, we want to meet you.
What you'll do
- Lead, motivate, and support the team on a day-to-day basis.
- Achieve sales objectives and store results.
- Guarantee excellent customer service.
- Organize and coordinate the daily operations of the point of sale.
- Train, develop, and evaluate the team.
- Conduct meetings and follow-ups to drive performance and motivation.
- Analyze store results and detect opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise stock and ensure correct product management.
- Ensure the image, order, and proper functioning of the store.
How you'll work
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday:
- Morning: from 9:30 to 17:00.
- Afternoon: from 15:00 to 22:30.
- One rotating day off during the week.
