Cybersecurity Project Manager

• Technical training: Degree/Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity or equivalent technical discipline (or demonstrable equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/Technology environments.
• At least 2-3 years specifically managing cybersecurity or secure infrastructure projects.
• Management Methodologies: Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional ones (PMP/Waterfall), with advanced handling of tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or Asana.
• Cybersecurity Fundamentals: Solid knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and threat analysis models.
• Cloud Security and Infrastructure: Clear handling of cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP), network architecture, PAM/IAM, cryptography, and vulnerability analysis.
• Regulations and Privacy: Knowledge of applicable legislation (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, etc.).

• Project Management: PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Cybersecurity and Governance: CISSP (highly valued), CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, or CRISC.

We are looking for a key CISO Strategic Project Manager to comprehensively manage strategic information security projects, ensuring group standards, controlling risks, meeting deadlines, and guaranteeing fluid communication between all involved areas.

• Project Lifecycle Management: You will define the scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets for key cybersecurity projects (SIEM implementation, Zero Trust architecture, identity management/IAM, supply chain strengthening, incident response, etc.).
• Risk Management and Compliance: You will coordinate risk treatment while ensuring strict compliance with key regulations (GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, PCI-DSS, NIST SP 800-series).
• Technical and Operational Coordination: You will be the nexus and liaison between technical security teams (CISO, engineers, SOC analysts) and business stakeholders or internal clients.
• Vendor Control: You will carry out the operational and executive monitoring of ongoing projects alongside third parties (pentesting, external consultancy, compliance audits, acquisition of licenses and tools).
• Metrics and Reporting: You will define, maintain, and report project KPIs and KRIs to senior management and security committees.
• Efficient Communication: You will proactively communicate project status, anticipating deviations or impacts on planning.

• 23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st off.
