The role
We are looking for a senior professional with experience leading IT support teams and transforming services through automation and Artificial Intelligence.
What you'll do
• IT Support Transformation: Lead the evolution of the IT support service, defining new processes, procedures, and operating models oriented toward efficiency and service excellence.
• Automation and Artificial Intelligence: Drive the incorporation of AI-based solutions to increase first-level (L1) incident resolution, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize the user experience.
• ServiceNow Management: Ensure the efficient use of ServiceNow as an IT service management platform, promoting continuous improvement and process standardization.
• Digital Workplace: Lead the strategy and evolution of the digital workplace, ensuring the quality of service provided by external vendors.
• AI Implementation in the workplace: Lead the adoption of AI tools, including the incorporation of Gemini for Workspace, driving new models of productivity and collaboration.
• IT Compliance: Be responsible for the Compliance service, supervising the implementation and management of the outsourced SAM model and guaranteeing compliance with established standards.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate and supervise outsourced services related to Compliance and Digital Workplace, ensuring compliance with SLAs and business objectives.
• Relationship with Management: Report directly to the IT Operations Director, participating actively in the definition of the technological and operational strategy.
