We are looking for a professional with experience in Java application support in production environments, capable of analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and participating in the development of fixes and small evolutions for the applications.

The position has a technical component oriented mainly towards operation and support, combining monitoring, analysis, and problem-solving tasks with Java development.

• Monitoring of applications and services in production environments.

• Development of fixes and small evolutions in Java.

• Analysis and resolution of functional and technical incidents.

• Investigation of problems through review of logs, metrics, and traces.

• Follow-up and escalation of critical incidents.

• Execution of database queries for analysis and diagnosis.

• Identification of root causes and proposal of solutions.

• Collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business teams to guarantee application stability.
