What we're looking for

More than 10 years of experience in software development and solutions architecture.
Experience leading technical teams and working with agile methodologies.
Solid knowledge in
- Enterprise architectures and microservices.
- Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containers.
- APIs, API Management, and API Gateways.
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- DevSecOps, CI/CD, and observability.
- Generative AI, prompting, AI-assisted development, and LLM models.
Ability to communicate with both technical and business profiles.
B2 or higher level of English.

Permanent contract
Remote work model 🏡. Option to work from the office, but always at the employee's choice.
Flexible hours ⏰: flexible schedule with entry at 8:30 AM and exit at 6:00 PM, with intensive working hours on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and intensive working hours in summer (July and August) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
