Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Frontend Developer / React Developer in modern development environments:

• Extensive experience in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript for the development of scalable and maintainable web applications.
• Ability to define frameworks, frontend architectures, and development best practices in React projects.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.
• Experience working with Node.js and modern web development ecosystems.
• Knowledge of tools and libraries such as Jest, RxJS, Webpack, and Styled Components.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB and Redis.
• Knowledge of design and development principles such as SOLID, DDD (Domain Driven Design), and architectural patterns.
• Experience in testing (unit and integration), mocking, code coverage, and quality best practices.
• Experience with Git and continuous integration and deployment tools (CI/CD).
• Technical leadership capacity, teamwork, and collaboration with multidisciplinary profiles.

The role

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Define frontend architectures and development best practices.
• Ensure software quality through testing and code review.
• Manage and evolve services throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams under Agile methodologies.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers.
• Optimize the usability, accessibility, and performance of applications.
• Propose continuous improvements aligned with business needs.

✅ Hybrid model: 2 days in-person in the office (Palma de Mallorca) and 3 days of remote work.
