We are looking for an IAM Process Management Consultant to join an international environment where you will play a key role in the evolution of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, collaborating with business, technology, operations, and architecture teams.

You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing end-to-end IAM processes, ensuring that business and user needs are translated into efficient, scalable processes aligned with governance and compliance best practices.
✅ Analyze and document end-to-end IAM processes, identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
✅ Gather and analyze requirements from business, users, and technical areas.
✅ Translate functional needs into processes, workflows, and user stories for technical implementation.
✅ Collaborate with architects, IAM experts, operations, and development teams.
✅ Drive continuous improvement and process governance initiatives.
✅ Prepare functional documentation, procedures, and training materials for users.
✅ Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.
