What we're looking for

-SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Visual Analytics, Power BI, SQL. SAS Viya (highly valued)

-Experience in business-oriented data analysis and definition of key metrics.

-Ability to communicate with business areas and technical teams.

-Knowledge in the design of segmentations and analytical models.

-Experience in the validation of BI deliverables (reporting and dashboards).

-Leadership and coordination skills for analytical teams.

The role

What you'll do

- Definition and formalization of key business KPIs (churn, activation, conversion) in collaboration with stakeholders.

-Design of customer segmentations based on behavior, consumption, and value for decision-making.

-Translation of business needs (marketing, CRM) into data specifications, acting as a link with the technical team.

-Functional validation of reports, segmentations, and dashboards, ensuring their alignment with business requirements.

-Technical-functional leadership of the analyst team, resolving doubts and standardizing analysis criteria.
