The role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Java professional with a strong technical foundation and leadership capacity to join an international project within the People area of a large multinational in the retail sector.

This is a newly created project with a high degree of autonomy, where you will have the opportunity to define the architecture from scratch and work with modern technologies in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do

🧠 What will you do?

Design the product's backend architecture
Define and develop APIs (API First)
Ensure code quality (clean code, testing, best practices)
Participate actively in development (this is not solely a management role)
Collaborate closely with frontend and other teams
Drive the use of AI in the development lifecycle
Work in an agile environment with a Spec Driven Development (SDD) approach
