The role

Join our team as a 💻AI Technical lead 💻 and enjoy an innovative and collaborative working environment.

We are expanding our team in the Generative AI area with someone who has extensive experience in software architecture and development, as well as experience in Generative AI applied to software development.

What you'll do

Technically lead high-complexity projects and services.
Design enterprise solutions, perform estimations, and manage technical risks.
Define modern architectures based on microservices and cloud environments.
Participate in technical pre-sales, presentations, and the defense of solutions before clients.
Drive innovation initiatives, new technologies, and best practices.
Collaborate on the technological strategy and the adoption of solutions based on AI.

Some of the services we provide

• Application modernization co-piloted with Generative AI. A customized diagnosis and plan for application modernization, within a functional and technological ecosystem, AI-assisted, that allows us to accelerate the process and diagnose at the source: the code that needs to be modernized.

• Generative AI training for development teams, both internal and client teams.

• Client assessments where we analyze real code to generate realistic migration plans with lower risk.
