Internship in Human Resources | Nestlé Purina PetCare Plant

• Internship allowance: €900 per month + 100% subsidized meals
• 6 months, 30 hours per week.
• On-site, morning shift.

1. The internship will begin in September/October 2026.
2. You must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program for the entire duration of the internship (6 months).
3. Our factory is located in Castellbisbal (Barcelona).

The Human Resources intern will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about the Human Resources function by supporting processes related to the employee lifecycle and various department projects. As an HR intern, you will learn about the main activities of an HR Business Partner to gain a basic understanding of the day-to-day work of a generalist HR profile. You will provide support for HR projects and collaborate on all administrative tasks related to the Human Resources area.

Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and collaborate with others in the organization.

• You have the required credits to carry out a curricular or extracurricular internship of 6 months. We only accept applications from students enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree programs at official universities.
• You have a fluent level of Spanish, both spoken and written. English and/or Catalan will be positively valued.
• You are a flexible and autonomous person, capable of meeting demanding deadlines and, at the same time, open to giving and receiving feedback on a regular basis.
• You are a rigorous person and do everything possible to comply with established procedures and deadlines.
• You have good communication skills.
• You have excellent digital skills (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

The Nestlé factory is located in the industrial area of Castellbisbal, Barcelona. This plant specializes in the production of pet food, including products for dogs and cats, and plays a key role in the Iberian market (Spain and Portugal).
