Cloud, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager

• Experience in cloud, infrastructure, network, and security projects.

• Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial) or similar.

From the KPMG Cybersecurity area, we are looking to bring on a Manager to lead technological projects in cloud, infrastructure, and security environments, acting as the connection point between the client, technical teams, and management. Their main responsibility will be to guarantee the design, implementation, and operation of robust and secure solutions, aligned with business needs, while also contributing to business development and the strategic evolution of the practice.

1. Technology project management: leading cloud, infrastructure, and security projects (on-prem, cloud, and hybrid), defining scope, planning, resources, risks, and quality control, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
2. Design and oversight of technical solutions: supervising the design of cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS), infrastructure, perimeter security, firewalls (FW), and networks, ensuring their technical viability, scalability, and compliance with best practices.
3. Perimeter security and control: coordinating initiatives related to firewalls, WAF, network segmentation, access control, hardening, and perimeter security, ensuring correct integration with client environments.
4. Client relations: acting as the main point of contact in technology projects, understanding the client's technical and business challenges, advising on decision-making, and maintaining a trust-based relationship.
5. Team leadership and management: coordinating technical and consulting teams, assigning tasks, supervising deliverables, and fostering the professional development of senior, junior, and intern profiles.
6. Business development and pre-sales: identifying opportunities in cloud, infrastructure, and security, participating in the preparation of technical and economic proposals, and supporting pre-sales processes and client presentations.
7. Governance, quality, and methodologies: ensuring the application of standards, methodologies, and frameworks in projects, overseeing the technical and documentation quality of deliverables.
8. Financial monitoring: controlling project profitability, managing deviations, and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
9. Mentoring and capability development: contributing to team growth through mentoring, internal training, and the development of technical skills in cloud, infrastructure, and security.
