We are launching our internship program aimed at STEM talent for October 2026!

You will have the opportunity to participate in strategic projects within the Technology Transformation area. In the CIO Advisory team, we advise organizations on defining their strategy, developing IT plans, and reviewing their processes and governance; we design new digital architectures and collaborate on the selection and implementation of technology solutions that enable our clients to accelerate their adaptation to the new environment.

• Design and execute technology strategies aligned with the business goals of global companies.
• Assess IT capabilities, operating models, and technology needs to drive digital transformation.
• Identify strategic opportunities that generate value beyond the IT area.
• Select and implement technology solutions that mitigate risks and strengthen business resilience.

The selection process will take place in person in Madrid in mid-July. It will have a very special theme, where technology and teamwork will be the protagonists.

• Undergraduate students in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Engineering, Data Analytics and similar fields, as well as Business Administration and Economics majors with some coursework or experience in Technology
• English level: Advanced
• Possibility of signing an agreement with the university starting October 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, diligence, autonomy, and proactivity.
• And above all, drive, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating impact and improving the world through your work.

En el equipo de CIO Advisory aesoramos a las organizaciones en la definición de su estrategia, elaboración de planes de sistemas y revisión de sus procesos y gobierno IT; diseñamos nuevas arquitecturas digitales y colaboramos en la selección e implantación de soluciones tecnológicas que permiten a nuestros clientes acelerar su adaptación al nuevo entorno.

• Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias tecnológicas alineadas con los objetivos de negocio de empresas globales.
• Evaluar capacidades IT, modelos operativos y necesidades tecnológicas para impulsar la transformación digital.
• Identificar oportunidades estratégicas que generen valor más allá del área de IT.
• Seleccionar e implementar soluciones tecnológicas que mitiguen riesgos y fortalezcan la resiliencia empresarial.

El proceso de selección se realizará en formato presencial en Madrid a mediados de julio. Tendrá una temática muy especial, donde la tecnología y el trabajo en equipo serán los protagonistas.

• Estudiantes de Grado en Ingeniería en Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Industrial, Organización Industrial, Data Analytics y similares, ADE y Económicas con algún curso / experiencia en Tecnología
• Nivel de inglés: Alto
• Posibilidad de firmar un convenio con la universidad a partir de Octubre 2026 de 6 meses de duración.
• Pensamiento analítico y estratégico, capacidad de resolución de problemas y diligencia, autonomía y proactividad.
• Y sobre todo, ganas, ilusión y pasión por crear impacto y mejorar el mundo con tu trabajo.
