The role

At KREAN Group, we want to add a specialist in TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE to our team with at least 3 years of experience in CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT to join our office in Vitoria.

We are looking for a proactive, highly qualified person with solid training to take part in various phases of our projects.

What you'll do

Drafting of documentation for projects such as: Budgets and Measurements, Health and Safety Studies, Quality Control Plans, and Waste Management studies in both the preliminary and execution project phases.
Directing the material execution of the work by checking the layouts, materials, and the correct execution and arrangement of construction elements and installations, in accordance with the project and the instructions of the site management.
Recording precise instructions in minutes.
Preparing certifications for the executed work units.
Collaborating with the other agents in the preparation of documentation for the executed work, providing the results of the control carried out regarding construction execution control, quality control, and measurements.

Experience and knowledge in BIM work tools, especially Revit, as well as knowledge of AutoCAD, Presto, Excel and Microsoft Project, will be valued. Knowledge of Basque and English will be valued.
