Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience as an AI Architect and/or Solutions Architect in complex technological environments.

• Experience in the design and definition of architectures for Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to the software development lifecycle.

• Pre-sales capability: design of technical solutions, preparation of estimates, identification and management of risks, technical documentation, and defense of proposals before clients.

• Solid knowledge of modern software architectures: Hexagonal Architecture, SOLID principles, microservices and nanoservices oriented architectures, Serverless, and Event-Driven Architectures (EDA).

• Extensive experience in the design and development of software architectures on Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

• Experience working with APIs, SOAP/REST Web Services, API Management, and strategies for transforming monolithic architectures to microservices.

• Knowledge of security applied to enterprise architectures: authentication, authorization, identity management, OAuth, JWT, SAML, and related technologies.

• Experience in Generative Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs), including parameter optimization and costs associated with model usage.

• Experience in AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, among others).

• General knowledge of frontend architectures based on technologies such as Angular, React, and other Javascript frameworks.

• Ability to work in a team, technical leadership, positive attitude, and excellent communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Sensitivity toward innovation, creativity, and the adoption of new technologies.

Nice to have

Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:

• Agentic platforms from cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

• Architecture and design of complex technological ecosystems.

• DevOps tools and methodologies, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

• Software quality processes and technological governance.

• Experience in agile development methodologies.

• Previous experience participating in pre-sales processes and the preparation of technical proposals.

• Ability to communicate with technical and business profiles at different organizational levels.

• Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

The role

What you'll do

• Definition of AI Architectures: Design technical architectures for Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to the software development lifecycle, guaranteeing scalability, security, and technological sustainability.

• Technical Leadership in Generative AI Services: Act as a technical reference within the AI Hub, driving the adoption of best practices, architectural standards, and innovative solutions for clients and internal teams.

• Solution Design and Pre-sales: Participate in pre-sales activities by performing technical designs, estimations, risk analyses, preparation of documentation, and presentation of technological proposals.

• Systems Architecture and Integration: Design solutions based on APIs, distributed services, event-oriented architectures, and cloud environments, guaranteeing efficient integration between platforms and applications.

• Application of Generative AI to Software Development: Define and implement AI-assisted development strategies using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex, optimizing development and delivery processes.

• Definition and Optimization of LLM-Based Solutions: Design, fine-tune, and optimize solutions supported by large language models, applying Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering techniques to maximize their performance and business value.

• Technological Governance and Software Quality: Drive quality standards, architectural best practices, and development processes that guarantee the technical excellence of the implemented solutions.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work together with development, business, operations, and architecture teams to identify improvement opportunities and define innovative technological solutions.

• Driving Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies, agentic platforms, and new Generative AI capabilities to incorporate them into the service offering and accelerate the digital transformation of clients.

How you'll work

✅Permanent contract

✅ 100% REMOTE

✅ 26 days of annual leave (22 vacation days, 2 personal days, and 24 and 31 December as company holidays by default)

✅ Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.
