The role

We are looking to immediately hire a Senior Architect / Interior Designer (m/f) with solid experience in interior design, especially in hotels and restaurants, capable of working from the conceptual phase through to construction supervision, and of developing complete execution projects, including drawing packages from basic to detailed design and all technical project development.

What you'll do

The person joining as Senior Architect / Interior Designer (m/f) will be responsible for the following duties:

Development of interior design and architecture projects for hotels, restaurants, and commercial spaces, from the conceptual phase through to execution.
Creation of creative concepts, definition of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting, aligned with the project's and client's identity.
Drafting and development of complete execution projects, including schematic design, basic design, and detailed design.
Production and coordination of complete technical drawing packages (architecture, interior design, construction details, custom furniture).
Technical project development, ensuring constructability, compliance with regulations, and spatial quality.
Coordination with engineering firms, suppliers, manufacturers, and external consultants.
Construction supervision and follow-up, ensuring the correct execution of the project according to design, schedule, and budget.
Quality control on site and resolution of technical issues.
Support in project management and client relations throughout the entire process.
Coordination and support for junior architects and designers on the team.
