The role

Are you passionate about the world of Human Resources? Do you have a background in Psychology and would you like to contribute to the wellbeing of people within an international company?

At La Casa de las Carcasas, a leading multinational in the Retail sector, we are looking to hire a Happiness and Organizational Wellbeing Technician for our Happiness Department.

What you'll do

Perform follow-up calls to employees and teams within the Happiness Project.
Investigate and analyze the causes of staff turnover, absenteeism, and other situations that may affect the work environment.
Detect needs and possible areas for improvement related to employee wellbeing.
Collaborate in the creation of publications and content for the Happiness Project.
Participate in the creation of content for the company's social networks.
Manage requests and orders for office supplies, coordinating them with the warehouse.
