You will be able to join our team at the head office in Madrid.

• Managing and coordinating Employee Experience projects across the hotel network and corporate areas, ensuring their alignment with the People strategy and the purpose of ILUNION Hotels.
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring key Employee Journeys: attraction, onboarding, development, recognition, well-being, and exit, adapting them to the hotel operational reality.
• Analyzing data from surveys, focus groups, interviews, listening channels, and other Employee Voice mechanisms, drawing up conclusions, indicators, and improvement proposals.
• Supporting hotels in implementing Employee Experience initiatives, ensuring the correct application of methodologies, tools, procedures, and action plans.
• Identifying improvement needs and opportunities based on data, team feedback, and process analysis, raising alerts to the relevant managers and monitoring progress.
• Coordinating onboarding actions, internal communication, recognition, well-being, culture, and belonging to strengthen employee commitment and the employee value proposition.
• Needs analysis and design of training programs. Identifying skills and competencies to develop within teams.
• Promoting the development of employer brand ambassadors, connecting the team experience with the service culture, inclusion, and customer experience at ILUNION Hotels.

• Required: Disability certificate of 33% or higher.
• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Specialized training in Employee Experience, People Analytics, Change Management, Employer Branding, or Internal Communication is valued.
• Advanced proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with survey tools, people analytics, SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, or other people listening and management platforms is valued.
