Requirements

What we're looking for

- Currently studying to allow for the signing of an internship agreement.

- Basic knowledge of Excel. Do not worry if you do not have experience yet, you will receive support and training.

- Motivation to learn and develop professionally in the field of people.

People with disabilities: It will be necessary to hold an official Disability Certificate of 33% or higher issued by the competent public body.

Nice to have

- Training related to Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar is valued.

- English level is valued, although not essential.

The role

Would you like to take your first steps in the Human Resources area within a rapidly growing technology company?

We are looking for a person eager to learn and develop in the HR field to join the Talent and Development team as an intern.

What you'll do

- Support in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives (equality plans, awareness, and workshops).

- Participation in Employee Experience projects.

- Monitoring of selection and onboarding processes.

- Support in exit interviews and climate surveys.

- Collaboration in the organization of internal events and team building activities.

- Support for other HR processes such as training and performance evaluation.

How you'll work

- Location: Carretera Vía de las Dos Castillas 33, 28224, Pozuelo de Alarcón.

- Full-time, although it is flexible depending on your internship conditions.

- Morning schedule.
