At La Casa de las Carcasas, we are looking for a Senior Civil Works Technician to join our Works team at our headquarters in Jaraíz de la Vera (Cáceres).

We are looking for an organized, decisive person with technical knowledge in construction who wants to participate in our store opening and renovation projects both in Spain and Portugal.

• Support the planning, coordination, and supervision of works for the opening, renovation, and adaptation of our commercial establishments.

• Monitor works on-site, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate and supervise suppliers, contractors, and technical teams involved in each project.

• Review and interpret plans, measurements, budgets, and technical documentation.

• Supervise the correct execution of works, materials, and installations.

• Collaborate in cost control, certifications, and the resolution of incidents during the execution of works.

• Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention and site safety measures, within the responsibilities of the position.
