Requirements

What we're looking for

Valid work permit for Spain.
Availability to work Fridays on the dinner shift, Saturdays on a split shift (lunch and dinner), and Sundays on the dinner shift.
Position aimed at students or individuals with another job during the week.
Good presentation and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Nice to have

Basic tray handling skills (valued).
Previous experience as a dining room assistant, runner, or waiter/waitress (valued).

Education & certifications

No minimum qualification required.

The role

We are looking for a Floor Assistant 15h to cover the half-day shifts on weekends. The contract is permanent and the modality is on-site. If you enjoy direct customer interaction, working in a dynamic environment, and being part of a recognized brand, you will have the opportunity to develop your service skills and operational support under the supervision of our team. We value a proactive attitude, energy, and the willingness to learn.

What you'll do

Welcoming, accompanying, and attending to customers with a warm and professional manner.
Setting up and clearing tables, preparing the dining room before and after service.
Supporting the team during service to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
Collaborating with waitstaff, supervisors, and the kitchen to maintain order, cleanliness, and coordination.
