Kitchen assistant:

• Follow established procedures for the preparation and presentation of products.
• Control times and quality in the service of the various stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
• Support warehouse management and the reception of goods.
• Specific Dishwasher/Wash Station positions.

Floor assistant:

• Attend to customers at reception and help with their seating.
• Manage payments via POS.
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing plates and tables.
• Replenishment and maintenance of the beverage and dessert island.

• Availability to undergo training with full availability of hours.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Commitment to cleanliness and order, both in the kitchen and in the dining area.
• Experience in hospitality is valued, but not essential.
• Responsible and dynamic attitude in a fast-paced environment.
