We are looking for a RAN Design and Optimization Expert to lead innovative initiatives in 5G technologies, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and cloud solutions applied to network optimization.

What you'll do

Lead and guide development teams from the NDO/RAN domain perspective.

Define network optimization (NDO) frameworks and algorithms with real impact for clients.

Evaluate model and algorithm results from a practical RAN optimization vision and propose improvements.

Design and conceptualize new NDO use cases alongside the Technical Lead.

Participate actively in the development and implementation of prototypes with the technical team.

Validate results and define practical mechanisms to integrate solutions into clients' operational processes.

Analyze and visualize complex data for decision-making and activity definition.

Lead PoCs, pilots, and FOA support activities.

Advise clients on NDO tool implementations and operational transformation processes.

Collaborate with the client's technical and management teams to understand business needs and translate them into solutions.

Lead user experience (UX/UI) initiatives to ensure the best interaction with the developed products.

Train and mentor developers and data scientists in RAN technologies, AI, and the telecom business.
