OUR TECHNOLOGY TEAM

We are a dynamic team, motivated by new technologies, with passion for what we do and a desire to take on great challenges that allow us to continue growing. We work with data and artificial intelligence to transform Mango, betting on innovation and agentic AI solutions, always with technology at the service of people.

For our Advance Analytics team, we are looking for a senior ML/AI Engineer, with a track record in applied machine learning / AI who has evolved towards agentic systems, to design, build, and deploy AI agents (multi-agent + RAG) in production for Mango's business teams.

• Design agent architectures: how a task is decomposed, how agents collaborate (Supervisor/Subagent, Plan-and-Execute), and when a person intervenes (human-in-the-loop).

• Build them in Python using frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI/Claude Agent SDK, or Google ADK, on top of FastAPI/Pydantic.

• Set up the RAG that feeds them: ingestion, embeddings, vector/hybrid search, and agent memory; integration with corporate systems via MCP.

• Evaluate and observe them in production: evaluation pipelines (LLM-as-Judge, RAGAS/DeepEval), tracing, and cost/latency control (LangSmith/Langfuse), and security guardrails.

• Detect use cases with the business (design, supply chain, e-commerce, customer service) and take them from idea to production.
