Responsibilities and Mission:

What you'll do

Commercial Client Development PRO

- Attract and retain professional clients in your assigned area.

- Plan strategic visits and take part in prospecting campaigns.

- Ensure technical advice and personalized follow-up for each client.

- Prepare budgets, manage orders and coordinate deliveries.

- Monitor credit and ensure invoice collection.

Objectives and Indicators Management

- Meet established sales and profitability targets.

- Identify opportunities for improvement in products, prices or processes.

- Take part in training and add value in launches or new solutions.

- Expand cross-selling to improve the product mix.

Integration with Store Teams

- Work in synergy with in-store PRO teams to share clients and knowledge.

- Provide training and technical support on construction sites or commercial actions.

- Be a benchmark in the area for the development of the professional channel.
