What we're looking for

This challenge is for you if...

You bring at least 3 years of experience in supply, planning, or flow management roles.
You are comfortable using advanced supply tools (experience with Relex or similar systems will be highly valued).
You have an analytical mindset (training in Economics, Statistics, or Commerce is valued) and are able to drive data-based action plans, as well as knowledge of data management and analysis tools.
You have availability to travel occasionally within the country to support our stores.
You have an English level of B2 or higher.

Your mission will be key: ensuring that every store has the perfect stock through expert parameterization of our systems and impeccable coordination. What you'll do

What you will do...

Availability Guarantee: You will ensure the supply model for new collections, guaranteeing that stock is available in an optimized way from day one.
Analysis and Action: Weekly, you will analyze the highest-turnover families to mobilize coordinated action plans between stores, warehouses, and worlds.
Support and Training: You will be the point of reference for Stores, providing support on model criteria and resolving operational issues.
Standardization: You will deploy and implement a common management methodology to ensure excellence in shelf stock and commercial campaigns.
Strategic Monitoring: You will monitor the action plans of the Worlds to ensure we jointly achieve the set stock and service targets.
