Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum studies: completed Intermediate Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio) related to Law
Between 2 and 3 years of experience in the Compliance and/or Legal area
Minimum B2 level of English
Analytical skills, organizational skills, autonomy, and teamwork
Dynamism, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement

Nice to have:

University degree in Law and Master's degree for access to the Legal Profession (Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía)
Master's degree in Compliance
Previous experience in a law firm and/or Big Four
Intermediate/advanced level of German

The role

What you'll do

You will provide support in preparing risk analyses, managing and implementing the Compliance Management System (CMS), and overseeing the entire CMS for its effectiveness and adequacy
You will assist departments in implementing, coordinating, and introducing effective compliance measures and controls
You will manage assigned projects and provide support on assigned Compliance matters, as well as all other legal affairs
You will advise the Group's areas and companies on Compliance and Legal matters (specifically in Civil, Commercial, and Real Estate law)
You will support the management, drafting, response, and processing of sanctioning proceedings and/or requests from Official Bodies (mainly from the Public Administration in consumer affairs)
You will provide support in preparing legal risk analyses, as well as in master agreements
You will assist in preparing minutes and certificates for the governing bodies of the Group's companies, as well as supporting documentation
You will provide support in preparing training sessions for the Legal & Compliance area
You will support internal lawyers on all other Legal & Compliance matters
