Requirements

What we're looking for

· At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.

· Cross-functional knowledge of IT infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud.

· Solid experience in service management with the ITIL methodological framework and financial performance control.

· Ability to perform complex analyses and govern services based on indicators and metrics.

· Experience managing various contracts at the same time.

· A very efficient person focused on objectives.

· Experience in pre-sales of managed services.

Nice to have

· English level C1 or higher.

· Experience working in complex environments at different levels with clients and company management.

The role

At Logicalis Spain, we are currently looking for a person with experience in service management to reinforce our Managed Services team in Barcelona.

The person hired will report to our Infrastructure and Technology area, working as a Service Manager IT across different services we have within the organization. The ideal candidate for this position will be a person with cross-functional knowledge in IT infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud, and with solid experience in service management using the ITIL methodological framework and financial performance control of services.
