What we're looking for

You are currently studying a Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar and/or a Master's specialization in Human Resources.

You have the possibility to sign an internship agreement for at least 6 months.

You speak English and/or French.

The role

Become part of the Human Resources team at our Barberà del Vallés Ateliers as an intern.

What you'll do

Get to know the different HR protocols, projects, and indicators (analysis and reporting of daily and weekly absenteeism, collaborating on measures to reduce absenteeism...).
Participate in staff inquiries (vacations, leave of absence, payroll queries...).
Collaborate alongside the HR Manager on internal communication action plans for the plant.
Collaborate and support initiatives from other departments.
Attendance and participation in Human Resources meetings to learn about action plans.
Preparation of departmental presentations.
Provide support to the HR Manager and other Human Resources teams in detecting internal talent and managing and organizing training accordingly.
Have the opportunity to make proposals for actions to be developed within the HR area.
