As a CRM Advisor, you support retail teams in driving client engagement, retention, and sales performance through the effective use of CRM tools, Clienteling actions, and data-driven insights. The role acts as a key link between boutiques, CRM, and business stakeholders to ensure client data quality, strong execution of client activation initiatives, and consistent adoption of CRM best practices-supporting the client strategy together with Events and PCR teams.
You will leverage CRM tools to drive strategic client development initiatives and personalized marketing campaigns, while analyzing performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize client engagement.
