We are looking to hire a Product Manager (AML) to join our team in Madrid, with the following experience and knowledge:
More than 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in similar roles in software companies. (Mandatory)
Proven experience in B2B SaaS products, preferably based on data, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence. (Mandatory)
Proven experience working with software engineers and designers in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). (Mandatory)
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

As Product Manager (AML, under the supervision of the Product Lead, you will work day-to-day with software engineers and designers to define objectives, prioritize work, and build the functionalities of our AML solution. You will actively participate in the definition and evolution of the product roadmap. You will also collaborate with the AML Subject Matter Expert, the Business and Customer Success teams, and with clients.
Success in this position consists of converting the product roadmap into concrete, well-defined, and valuable deliveries. Software engineers and designers must always have clarity on what to build, why, and how to know it is finished, and what is delivered must solve real customer needs and meet regulatory requirements.
As Product Manager (AML), some of your responsibilities will be:
Leading the discovery of our customers' problems in the AML domain (KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Screening, alert and case management), combining interviews, usage data, and regulatory context to identify high-impact product opportunities.
Contributing to the product strategy and the evolution of the roadmap together with the Product Lead and the multidisciplinary team
Continuously evaluating progress toward product goals and outcomes, identifying risks, hypotheses, and new learnings, and adjusting priorities together with the team when necessary
Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, keeping it clear, refined, and ordered according to its value, risk, and dependencies.
Writing clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria together with the software engineers.
Working with designers on the definition of flows, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring that the user experience responds to the needs of AML analysts.
Participating in product-focused agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, review) and resolving functional doubts for the team during development.
Collaborating with the AML Subject Matter Expert to convert regulatory requirements (CDD, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, PEPs, etc.) into implementable and auditable functionalities.
Gathering and analyzing feedback from customers, users, and Customer Success to detect improvements and product opportunities.
Validating delivered functionalities against acceptance criteria and the agreed design before each release.
Defining and measuring product KPIs to evaluate the impact of delivered functionalities.
Keeping product functional documentation up to date (specifications, release notes, functional guides).
Supporting pre-sales and implementation teams in demos and functional conversations with clients when necessary.

Availability to travel occasionally.
