We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager reporting directly to the Iberian People & Culture Director to lead Lyreco's Training and Development, Talent, and Organizational Development strategy.
Your mission will be to design and lead the Training and Development, Talent, and Organizational Development strategy, ensuring that Lyreco has the necessary capabilities, talent, and culture to achieve its business objectives, driving continuous learning, professional development, leadership, performance, and adaptation to change.
You will work transversally with the Executive Committee, managers, teams, and different areas of the company, leading initiatives that allow for the development of internal talent, the preparation of future capabilities, and the support of the organization's transformation.
