The role

For our Logistics department, we are looking for a Tower Operator to join our logistics center in Alovera (Guadalajara).

The selected person will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the processes related to the entry, extraction, and order preparation, ensuring compliance with departure schedules and guaranteeing the correct management of associated logistics and administrative documentation.

The position has no team in charge and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, highly operational environment oriented towards continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.

Supervise the correct entry, extraction, and preparation of orders, in accordance with the rhythms necessary to meet departure schedules, managing all documentation associated with deliveries and guaranteeing the efficiency of the logistics operation.

What you'll do

  • Parameterize and execute SAP transactions related to the extraction and order preparation processes.
  • Prepare, execute, and perform the follow-up of daily cycle counts, analyzing and investigating possible deviations.
  • Supervise the Dematic management and control system, identifying incidents and reporting them when necessary.
  • Prepare and facilitate the documentation and labeling required for shipments and logistics platforms.
  • Manage exceptional orders and coordinate the resolution of incidents with the teams involved.
  • Perform the closing of preparation priorities for the correct issuance of logistics documentation.
  • Manage the printing of back-order preparation delivery notes once materials have been received.
  • Launch collection lists with authorized suppliers.
  • Perform daily follow-up of operational activity and assigned stock levels.
  • Collaborate with different warehouse areas to guarantee the continuity and efficiency of logistics processes.

  • Morning: 09:30h to 17:30h
  • Afternoon:
    • Monday and Friday: 17:30h to 00:00h
