The role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (Employee Experience) reporting directly to the Iberian People & Culture Director to drive an excellent employee experience throughout the entire people lifecycle at Lyreco.

You will work transversally with managers, teams, and corporate areas, acting as a strategic partner to support people development, strengthen organizational culture, and promote initiatives that drive engagement, wellbeing, and the employee experience.

What you'll do

  • Comprehensively manage the employee lifecycle (onboarding and offboarding), ensuring an experience aligned with Lyreco's values.
  • Support managers and teams in aspects related to people management, organizational culture, and employee experience.
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and different areas of the organization, facilitating communication and the resolution of needs.
  • Administer and promote the company's social benefits.
  • Manage and provide support for HR Operations and People Management tools, including Workday and flexible benefits platforms.
  • Analyze People Analytics indicators such as engagement, turnover, absenteeism, or work climate to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate in selection, onboarding, and integration processes for new hires, contributing to a positive experience from day one.
  • Design and implement Employee Experience initiatives that strengthen corporate culture, wellbeing, and people engagement.
  • Define and execute the People & Culture internal communication plan, ensuring clear, inclusive messages aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Lead internal campaigns that reinforce the connection with the culture, values, and the employee value proposition.
  • Coordinate recognition and engagement programs and initiatives throughout the employee journey.
  • Collaborate on Employer Branding projects, ensuring consistency between the people experience and the employer brand image.
  • Participate in sustainability and corporate social responsibility projects, fostering people's participation and involvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aligned with Lyreco's sustainability strategy from a People & Culture perspective.
