The role
Develop activities in the warehouse environment related to parameterisation, implementation, product balancing, preparation stations, flows and quality control to detect any unnecessary operations or find the method to perform all necessary operations in an adequate manner.
For our Logistics department, we are looking for a Methods Operator to join our logistics center in Alovera (Guadalajara).
The selected person will be responsible for developing activities related to the parameterization, implementation, and optimization of locations, the balancing of picking stations, and quality control within the warehouse, contributing to the continuous improvement of logistical processes and operational efficiency.
The position has no team in charge and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment oriented toward operational excellence.

What you'll do
- Decide the location of new products, registering product and location parameters in SAP.
- Supervise the correct balancing of picking stations by monitoring workloads using tools such as SAP and LIDS.
- Relocate products according to operational needs, optimizing their location based on their characteristics and rotation.
- Ensure the correct functioning of weight control systems, adjusting parameters when necessary and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise the frequency of product entry into the warehouse and inform the Procurement area.
- Manage and communicate packaging changes to the involved departments.
- Follow up on incidents detected by Quality Control.
- Register new references and product photographs for catalogs and internal documentation.
- Manage the information necessary for the annual ECOEMBES declaration.
- Handle internal and external inquiries related to products and processes.
- Prepare returns to suppliers for discontinued items.
- Define and maintain the warehouse map using slotting tools to optimize locations and picking flows.
